The course aims at developing the Ph.D. student's entrepreneurial mindset and skillset by providing portable and practical knowledge within opportunity driven creativity, business modelling, business planning and financing.


Course specs:

  • Lectures from 13:00 to 16:30 on Tuesdays, 5 April, 12 April, 26 April,  2 May, 10 May, 17 May,   24 May.

  • Business plan submitted Monday 30 May  12:00 noon at the latest. Exams on Friday 3 June 2011 at DTU,

  • Topics: opportunity-driven creativity, start-up  strategies, business planning, financing, IPR, management, budgeting etc.

  • Exam: group presentation of business plan (no evaluation) + individual examination of specific themes.

  • Credits: 5 ECTS =  app. 125 hours workload.

  • Registration CampusNet. PLUS: download the ID-form, fill it out and send it as an e-mail attachement to johe <att> man.dtu.dk.
